PREPARATION

A thorough examination of the entire house surface is carried out as potential problems can include peeling paint, open joints or seams, wet or rotted wood and mildew. We remove loose, peeling and/or flaking paint.  Patch any damaged wood as well as
prime any bare wood.
Old paint often films, peels or flakes- typically near joints or between similar materials. This is because water seeps into cracks and soaks into the wood. We gap all the joints, ensuring a lasting paint job.  We remove (or carefully protect) any light fixtures and outdoor furniture.
